Dream Midtown, By Hyatt Hotel - New York

Amazing place with reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. I remember when the staff helped serve my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend staying here for a cute experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Loved our weekend in this stunningly beautiful hotel. Our queen room with bathroom, the windows across the "alley " and a nice bottle of Champagne was compact. Its location was indeed comfy and ideal and only 5 minutes walk from The Tank. An in-house restaurant for dinner was an advantage.

Cool hotel, consistently courteous and efficient staff, stunning location by the on site Serafina restaurant. Great cereal, fruit and yogurt at the restaurant for breakfast.

Decent sized and uniquely decorated units with a bar, a large comfortable bed, good shower, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating! The location was marvellous and lovely for walking around Broadway Road.

Excellent location, excellent value, very comfortable room, a funky hotel suitable for the young and the young at heart.

Cozy hotel, cute staff, with friendly front desk staff who assisted us promptly when we needed information about nearby attractions and offered great dining recommendations in the heart of the city, making it an ideal spot for a hassle-free getaway.

No negatives to report.

Fancy, updated unit with minibar and the WiFi did n't work plus a nice bottle of Champagne. Public parking close to hotel provided.

stuff is very friendly. 14th floor has a wonderful bar with city view and fresh air...

sport center - very poor.

The rooftop bar was a great spot for evening drinks with its fine views. The staff were really good, especially Anthonie at check-in. The location was superb, just a walk away from Times Square.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities. A pool or fun activities would have been great.

Wetroubles with consierge who failed to find our very important letter, and cleaning lady took dirty sheets together with my pyjama. The bed rediculously small for 2 people!

The rooftop bar was good while the mini fridge was disappointing.

The dream was indeed a dream to stay at for me as it was fabulously designed, in a great location for shops, sightseeing, etc,, was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsite facilities (especially the club and restaurant -- unfortunately I did not have time to visit the spa so can't comment on that) were excellent. I was upgraded to a suitably quiet room, which was a very pleasant surprise. But the best thing for me as a salsa dancer was being able to carry on dancing in the lobby at Room 555 after visiting an excellent social elsewhere in Midtown -- this made my night and is one of the main reasons that I would definitely return to Dream and encourage every dancer I know who chooses to visit nyc to stay there.

The only thing that was a slight annoyance was that the elevators were a bit slow and/or weren't working well, otherwise it was great.

Location is great, close to central park and subway hubs and relevant parts of midtown can be reach in a 15 min walk.

Staff was not very helpful or understanding. During the weekend the roof-top bar was so loud that sleeping was difficult without earplugs.
